Broadline value our wholesale partners and strive to provide high-quality products and excellent service. To ensure clarity and fairness, please review our return policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items.
  • We do not accept returns for overstock, buyer’s remorse, or unsold inventory.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Return Authorization (RMA)

  • All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by our customer service team.

  • 7 business days of receiving the order for damaged/defective items.
  • 14 business days for shipment errors.
  • Returns sent without an RMA will be refused.

3. Return Process

  3. Ship the product using a trackable method.
  4. Upon inspection, we will process replacement, credit, or refund as applicable.

4. Shipping Costs

  • For defective/damaged items or company errors, we cover return shipping costs.
  • For all other approved returns, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom orders or special-order items.
  • Clearance, final sale, or discontinued products.
