Broadline value our wholesale partners and strive to provide high-quality products and excellent service. To ensure clarity and fairness, please review our return policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items.
- We do not accept returns for overstock, buyer’s remorse, or unsold inventory.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Return Authorization (RMA)
- All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by our customer service team.
- To request an RMA, contact us at [email/phone] within:
- 7 business days of receiving the order for damaged/defective items.
- 14 business days for shipment errors.
- Returns sent without an RMA will be refused.
3. Return Process
- Contact our team with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- Once approved, we will provide RMA instructions and the return shipping address.
- Ship the product using a trackable method.
- Upon inspection, we will process replacement, credit, or refund as applicable.
4. Shipping Costs
- For defective/damaged items or company errors, we cover return shipping costs.
- For all other approved returns, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom orders or special-order items.
- Clearance, final sale, or discontinued products.

6. Restocking Fee
