Verizon System Enhancement Module
The ADC-SEM300-VT-VZ-M is a dual-path System Enhancement Module (SEM) designed for legacy Honeywell / ADEMCO VISTA-series alarm panels. It offers both LTE cellular (Verizon LTE Cat-M1) and optional wired Ethernet connectivity, enabling modern communication for older wired alarm systems. The module draws its 12 V DC power directly from the existing alarm panel, connecting via the keypad-bus interface, thereby eliminating the need for an external power supply. It is compatible with VISTA-10P, 15P, 20P, and 21iP panels (provided they meet the required firmware or jumper settings) and is housed in a fire-retardant enclosure built for secure installation.
